We Are Family Animal Rescue, Inc.  is a licensed 501(c)3 nonprofit located in Wooster, Ohio.  Our mission is to rescue, shelter, and find permanent, safe, loving homes for injured, abused, unwanted, and abandoned animals thus providing a safe harbor for animals that might otherwise be destroyed.  In addition, we seek to promote healthy relations between pets and people within the community through education, thereby encouraging responsible ownership, care, and the spaying/neutering of all pets.

We Are Family strives to be a refuge of last resort for 2nd chance animals.  Therefore, we exclusively accept animals pulled by our agents from Ohio pounds, shelters, and humane societies.
